How Can We Help You Build Your Business?
Find quick answers to common questions about our portable coffee makers, OEM customization, manufacturing processes, and international shipping.
OEM/ODM & Customization
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For standard wholesale orders (no customization), the MOQ is 100 units. For basic OEM (custom logo via silk print or laser engraving, and custom packaging), the MOQ is 1,000 units. For deep ODM projects (new shell design, custom colors, tooling), the MOQ starts at 3,000 units.
What kind of packaging customization do you offer?
We provide full-stack packaging solutions. You can choose from standard retail color boxes, premium magnetic gift boxes, or eco-friendly kraft paper packaging. We also customize the EVA travel cases, user manuals, and warranty cards according to your brand's VI guidelines.
Can we customize the internal specs, like battery capacity or pump pressure?
Yes. As a direct manufacturer with an in-house R&D lab, we can adjust technical parameters for ODM projects. If you need a larger battery (e.g., upgrading from 7500mAh to 9000mAh for more heating cycles) or a specific pressure output, our engineers will evaluate the feasibility and provide a customized PCB/BMS solution.
Do you sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements)?
Absolutely. We prioritize your intellectual property. We sign comprehensive NDAs before you share any confidential designs, 3D files, or market strategies with us. Custom molds developed for your brand remain exclusively yours.
Manufacturing & Quality
What is your Quality Control (QC) standard and defect rate?
We strictly follow the AQL 1.5/4.0 inspection standard for all bulk orders. More importantly, 100% of our coffee makers undergo a water-pressure aging test and battery charging test before final packaging. Our historical defect rate is strictly maintained at below 0.5%.
Are your portable coffee makers compatible with Nespresso capsules?
Yes, most of our models feature a 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 interchangeable adapter system. They are perfectly compatible with original Nespresso capsules, Dolce Gusto capsules (on specific models), and regular ground coffee. We design the piercing needles to ensure smooth extraction without damaging the capsule foil incorrectly.
What certifications do your products hold?
Electronically, they are CE, FCC, and RoHS certified. For food safety, all water-contact components (such as BPA-free Tritan and SUS304 stainless steel) are FDA (USA) and LFGB (Europe) approved. Battery packs come with UN38.3 and MSDS reports for safe air/sea transportation.
How do you ensure battery safety in your heated models?
Heating requires high power output. We use EV-grade lithium battery packs managed by an advanced BMS (Battery Management System). This chip provides 5-layer protection: over-charge, over-discharge, short-circuit, over-current, and high-temperature protection.
Ordering & Shipping
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes, we strongly recommend purchasing a sample to test the crema quality and heating speed. Sample costs and express shipping fees are paid by the buyer initially, but the sample fee will be fully refunded when you place your first official bulk order (≥500 units).
What is the mass production lead time?
Once the pre-production sample is confirmed and the deposit is received, standard mass production takes 30 to 45 days. For repeat orders without changes, the lead time can be shortened to 25-30 days.
Can you handle drop-shipping or deliver directly to Amazon FBA warehouses?
Yes, we have extensive experience working with Amazon sellers. We can print and attach FNSKU labels on individual boxes and FBA shipping labels on outer cartons for free. We can also quote DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms and ship the goods directly to Amazon warehouses in the US, EU, or UK.
What are your standard payment terms?
For standard orders, we require a 30% deposit via T/T before mass production, and the 70% balance before shipment (after you or your 3rd party QC team passes the inspection). We also accept L/C at sight for large volume orders.
Warranty & Support
What is your warranty policy for B2B wholesale orders?
We provide a 12-month standard warranty on all products starting from the B/L (Bill of Lading) date. Additionally, we typically provide 1% to 2% free spare parts (such as extra sealing O-rings, charging cables, or core PCBA boards) with every bulk shipment to help you handle local after-sales service quickly.
How do we handle defective units if they exceed the 1% spare parts rate?
If the defect rate exceeds the provided spare parts due to a manufacturing fault, we request you to provide photos or a short video showing the issue along with the product's serial number. Once our engineering team confirms it is a factory defect, we will send brand new replacement units along with your next shipment, or issue a credit note.
Do you provide marketing materials like photos or videos?
Yes. For authorized distributors and wholesale clients, we provide a comprehensive digital media kit. This includes high-resolution white-background product images, lifestyle photos (camping/traveling), and short promotional videos that you can directly use on your website, Shopify store, or social media channels.
